Recipe Ingredients

  • 400g lamb mince
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp chilli paste
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp sumac
  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • 100g crushed tomato
  • 120g grated Mozzarella
  • 120g shredded Haloumi
  • 2 x pre made pizza bases


Serves 4

  1. Heat half the oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat, add lamb mince and cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic, chilli paste, paprika and sumac, cook, stirring for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice and crushed tomatoes. Cook stirring for a further 2 minutes. Remove from heat, season.
  2. Spread lamb mixture over pizza bases. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and shredded Haloumi. Bake Pizzas in pizza oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with extra sumac, top with rocket leaves.
  3. Serve with lemon and olive oil to drizzle.
