How will the sponsorship help?

$5,000 will help Special Olympics Melbourne Eastern Ranges create more opportunities for people with an intellectual disability and/or autism in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs to train, compete, have fun and feel they truly belong. Our athletes take part in sports like bocce, basketball, tennis and swimming—and the impact goes far beyond the scoreboard. Regular training builds confidence, friendships, coordination, focus and overall wellbeing, in a fun, supportive environment. This funding will help us: · Keep participation affordable by reducing costs for athletes and families · Support competition attendance through entry fees and essential travel/logistics · Purchase and replace equipment so sessions are safe, consistent and enjoyable · Resource our volunteer coaches and committee who make these opportunities possible Your vote helps put more local athletes in the pool and on the basketball/bocce/tennis courts—staying active, included and proud.
